As a multimedia artist I relay deeply personal yet universally relatable themes, touching on contemporary memory, identity, and human connection. I am drawn to many art forms— painting, photography, charcoal, and sculpture— each offer a new way to express emotion and narrative. I draw focus from a historical perspective to preserve the past in a visual form, giving each piece a dialogue between the materials, the process, and the viewer. This drives my continued exploration of what it means to be an artist in a world full of movement and change. Drawing from past forms of art and bringing them to the present reflects both the chaos and the beauty of life.
