Welcome! My name is Cherie Mays, and I am delighted to have the opportunity to share the world of art with your child. I believe that every child is an artist, and it is my joy to help them uncover what makes their creative voice unique. Together, we will build an environment where students feel supported, inspired, and excited to grow.
My goal as an art teacher is not only to help students develop technical skills, but also to nurture their confidence, problem-solving abilities, and personal expression. Through drawing, painting, sculpture, and a variety of mixed-media projects, your child will learn to think creatively, take risks, and discover new ways to view the world around them.
